Is there any free operating system out there that is easy and fast except for Windows, Mac, and Linux?

free operating system?

the reason i dont like those is cuz u hav to use a package installer for them. im looking for a free operating system that will run on a virtual machine and u can download and install things from the web and not from a package downloader. also i want it to be as much like mac as u can get. i tryed os x 86 but it wont run on my computer.
is freebsd and apple darwin graphical? i heard they were like dos/unix

Can you tell me the best free operating system (Linux / other) that offers a fast, graphical and web serving.

Basically I am asking for the best free web server operating system with an extremely good graphical interface.
I have already tried Kubuntu and that wasn’t good, Ubuntu server doesn’t have a desktop, nor KDE nor GNOME.
