If i install ubuntu on my ps3, can i still play my ps3 games?

(to Chris S) if it has no effect on it, how would I switch between the PS3 HDD and the Ubuntu HDD?
(Update) I just found my Vista Utimate disk. Is the installation of it the same as with Ubuntu?
